Shipping Policy
We ship nationwide Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom/bulk orders may require additional processing time. Local deliveries (within Lagos): 1–2 days via dispatch rider. Interstate deliveries: 2–5 working days via logistics partners like GIG, DHL, or Waybill to park. -International: 5–15 business days depending on the destination. -Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. -Bulk orders may qualify for free or discounted shipping. Dry goods (e.g., Egusi, crayfish, plantain chips) are sealed in airtight, tamper-proof pouches. Tracking numbers provided once the order is dispatched. For waybill-to-park, customer is notified with driver’s contact and pickup info. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers but will support you in resolving them. 1. We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
The item was damaged during delivery.
The product received is incorrect or missing.
The item is spoiled or compromised upon arrival.
2. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
-Change of mind after purchase.
-Incorrect address provided by the customer. Products that are opened, consumed, or altered.
3. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product.
